keep getting SMS received message after every text I send

I keep getting the message after every text I send saying SMS received. Tracking has been reset. Not only do I get this message but so do the recipients of my messages. This has only started since I upgraded to Kitkat. I've tried googling it and even spent an hour on the phone with O2 but not had any luck. Has anyone here come across this before and explain how I can stop it on my Galaxy S4 please? It's driving me mental. Thanks in advance to anyone kind enough to help.

Can't speak specifically to KitKat, but maybe you have "Delivery reports" turned on? Go into settings and try to hunt for it in there. That's all I got for help and O2 probably went for that already.... Good luck!

I think Lizard is right.

If you are using Hangouts:

Go to Hangouts app>Settings>goto Advanced section>uncheck Delivery Reports

If you are not using Hangouts, look for something similar in your texting app's settings
