The problem is I connect to a Wi-Fi network and it says "connected".
But the reception signal is always very poor and there is NO internet Even if I am next to the router. I tried all possible ways including settings reset and factory reset. I even restarted the router but it never worked. Other devices at home here work perfectly like windows phones,PC,laptops and iPad.
Any ideas? Please help . Thanks.
