My tablet's sound gets stuck when I shut it down,what could be the problem?

Sorry, but what do you mean by that? Do you mean that there's a prolonged sound while the the tablet is shutting down? Also, please let us know which tablet you're using.

It's A2107A-h ,it never got stuck when I first bought it.

I'm still not understanding fully. Are you actually trying to shut it down, and it just freezes? Or does it lag while you're using the device, and then shut down unexpectedly?

So you're saying that you'll be using your tablet, then suddenly you'll hear one of the system sounds for a prolonged period of time, then the device shuts off on its own. Right?

You might need to do a full factory reset. Go to Settings>Backup & Reset>Factory Data Reset. It will wipe your tablet clean, so backup your data first.
