Will we see an 4.4 update to bridge until 5.0?

Now that we know that Google will preview Android 5.0 tomorrow for a fall release, where does that leave 4.4? Will there perhaps be 4.5 or 4.4.5? A year without an update to the OS is pretty long from an impatient enthusiasts point of view.

If as some users seem to be finding there are problems with 4.4.4, there may have to be. (Oddly, as I wrote that, the haptic feedback from my keyboard cut out for several seconds.)
