OK so I got this tablet; Samsung Tablet PC 10.1 inch Galaxy Tab3 T100 A7029 1.5GHz Android 4.2 Quad Core 1G RAM 16G/32G ROM With Wifi-in Tablet PCs from Electronics on Aliexpress.com
it works fine but when I use app like crackle or youtube it will not work due to the region access.
and I don't have the option to upgrade firmware in android software.

Samsung website does not show this tablet to be on the web site. so is there a firmware I can get to flash it to a American ver?
if so where can I get it and is there a way to back up the firmware I have now incase it locks the tablet up?
