Widgets are showing incorrect thumbnails, any one else?

I tried searching but couldn't find any input about this. Check out the attached image for my issue.

My widget drawer has the incorrect thumbnail for certain widgets, but not all of them. If I drag the widget out (going by the name), its the correct widget, just the wrong image.

Is there any way to reset this?

What device do you have? I'd recommend a cache partition wipe, but need to know the device first.

I have a Sprint Galaxy Nexus which I recently rooted and installed OmniROM and its running awesome, minus this. If I do a cache partition wipe, would I lose any data? I've never done that besides when flashing the rom I believe in recovery?

Wiping the cache partition shouldn't erase any personal data.

That wouldn't wipe out my launcher layout or anything would it? I have twrp recovery, so I assume I'd login twrp and wipe it from there right? Thanks for the input.

I can't say for 100% sure, because I don't root. But the cache partition should really only contain temporary system data, not important personal or app data. So I don't think it'll be a problem. But you might want to get confirmation from someone else who has direct experience.

Turns out uninstalling the apps with the wrong thumbnails & reinstalling them fixed it... For now
