Can I separate my email from the GMail?

I want to remove my pop3 email from being with gmail. I do not like gmail. Also since this change its like all the junk mail is now coming into my server email.
I want to use it the same as before the update.
I have a nexus 10 with Android Lollipop ( which I do not like)

I don't own a Nexus, but if it doesn't include a stock e-mail app and it only bundles the GMail app with it (which I don't think since GMail didn't accept POP e-mail natively until recently), you'd need to use a 3rd party e-mail app like Boxer or Cloud Magic to handle your account. You just delete your POP account from GMail and that's it.

Could you tell me how to do that please? Remove the account from gmail? Thanks

Sure thing. Are you using the latest GMail app? If so, just tap the menu button on the top left corner (Three bars) and where your account is, there should be a drop-down menu. Select that and tap on MANAGE ACCOUNTS. There you should be able to add or remove accounts.
