Changing default video player in Lollipop

Hi all,

I'm aware that Photos is now the default gallery (so to speak). On KitKat, I would put video files on my phone and browse to the gallery app, play the movie and it would ask me if I wanted to play it through another video player.

On lollipop, if I do that same, it just plays directly on the default video android player. Anyone know how I can make the popup come back asking which player? Or know what the process is in apps so I can clear the default? Or is this a bug...
