    Good morning everyone...

I have my phone with Android Version 4.4.2 and I was trying to upgrade through the phone. I couldn't make it happen keep failing, so I tried to do it with Kies and it works perfectly. Now after the upgrade was done my phone can't connect to not network and can switch the wi-fi on.

Very frustrated because I was using just perfectly fine the phone and now I cant use it at all.

I have done wipe cache and data factory. I did reboot the phone. I did take battery off and leave it without battery for 30 mins., I take the battery off while phone was on, almost everything I found in the internet.

Another thing. The phone for some reason some times (a few) when I reboot it, get mobile signal and I can make call and send text messages. But most of the time just stay out. Also when I try to search a mobile network operator it display "Error while searching for network"

    Please help anyone

Did you download the file Kies used to update it, or did Kies find the file itself?

If you downloaded it, did you make sure it was for your model number phone, for your country and/or carrier?

In either case, the first thing I would try is having it reflashed. If you're in the US, go to a Best Buy store and ask for the Samsung Experience desk. Ask them if they can reflash it for you because the update seems to have failed. (Just that - not that you did it through Kies.) (f they can't or won't, ask your carrier - it's their update, so it's their problem.)

If you're not in the US, try the same thing with your carrier. Some of them can reflash phones, some of them can't even charge batteries.
