Hi all,
I have just bought a Nexus 5 and I'm completely stuck with this problem...
I set the phone up with my Google account. Gmail and calendar are syncing fine but lots of contacts which are stored in my Google account are not appearing in my phone. It seems to be completely random, I can't see anything in common between the contacts that are missing.
I've researched and tried every suggestion I've found regarding contact sync issues:
- Factory resetted the phone
- Deleted data and cache in the contact storage app
- Turned contact sync off and on again
- Checked contacts to display was set to all
- Made sure all the missing contacts are in the My Contacts group in the web interface
- Ran contact fix app (it found some emoticons but otherwise no issues)
None of these have fixed the problem.
Any suggestions?
