I just purchased a used but wiped Nexus 5 phone (5.0.1) and there is a notification always for the SuperSU Installer and I can not swipe it away. Any idea how I can delete this for good? My company forced me to encrypt the drive and wiping and starting over is not a good option.

Super Settings tab. Down near the bottom in the Cleanup section. Full unroot.

Chainfire (the developer) is always available via email or on XDA Forums if you need help.

BTW, tell your company that data on an encrypted drive isn't recoverable - even by you - so it's not the best way of doing things. (It is recoverable by more than one government-level technology - which a few hackers have access to and your company doesn't.)
