How do we delete default apps in 5.0??

I mistakenly hit "always" when opening a link; I would like to choose which browser I use (Chrome/Firefox)...

Go into Settings > Apps > select the defaulted app > there should be a button that allows you to "clear defaults" under the clear cache option.

I discovered I can delete the app (in my case, the legacy Exchange Services 5.x) via Titanium Backup.

I had already disabled it, but its presence was (I believe) causing my new ver 6.x to not properly install/run, even though I had ver 5 disabled ("frozen" in Titanium)
