I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S4 At&t i337 running android 4.4.4 Kitkat.
It has 16gb internal SD card
And a 32gb external SD card
I accidentally deleted some data from my external SD card while trying to partition it, but luckily I had made a CWM style backup the day before using the "Online Nandroid Backup" app

I am now trying to restore that backup using the "Nandroid Manager" app (made by the same developer)

My problem is that I can't transfer one of the files (data..ext4.tar) from my computer (where I stored the backup) to my phone because 4gb is the maximum transferable file size for my SD card type (fat32) which is a very common type.
The issue is that data.ext4.tar is exactly 4gb and it contains the data I need. I am able to transfer the rest of the nandroid backup files but I also require data.ext4.tar
So my question is, is there any way to...
-install the CWM recovery on my phone?
-split the 4gb file, transfer it, and then put it back together?
-use the backup through my computer (which is windows 8 but I could also use 7) without CWM?
-or is there any other way to use the recovery you can think of?
Thanks so much for reading all of that. I really appreciate your help.
