How to transfer a file on a windows 7 computer to an Azpen A727

I tried plugging in a micro sd card on the Azpen and connected the USB to win7 but what next?

Open Computer on the computer and locate the Azpen. Open that and locate Card. Open that. Go to or create whatever folder you want the picture to be in.

Open Computer again, go to your C drive (or wherever the picture is). Drag it from the computer to the Azpen.

Go to the tray on the computer (lower right corner). Look for the ""safely remove" icon - it's like a desktop tower with a little green "something" on it. Click on that, find the Azpen and click it to remove it. The computer will tell you when it's safe to remove it (when it's finished copying the picture). Or you can back up in the Computer window with the Azpen until you see the device, right-click it and click Eject - it does the same thing.

Welcome to Android Central! Plug it into the computer via USB. On the tablet, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB connection notification, and make sure it's set to MTP. On the computer, open Windows Explorer and look for the Azpen device listed there. You can explore its directories there, and you can transfer files to and from the tablet by dragging and dropping.
