Smart lock disabled by administrator lately

I was on latest Lollipop version, working with an exchange account in gmail setup. Everything working fine with trusted devices and all. But all of a sudden after some updates Smart Lock was disabled by administrator. I thought I could do a factory reset to try if this would resolve my issues, but thought when doing that i could just as well try Android M Developer preview version. After that being setup, same issue occurs, when enabling exchange account in gmail my Smart Lock option is disabled. Anybody else having same issues? And more importing, anybody with a workaround????

Any recent changes to your Exchange server? (Ask your email admin or network admin.)
