why get i no command after wireless update android phone

i've got a ulephone be pro android 4.4 kitkat
my Phone doesn't react at at any button i press
i can''t get the recovery mode
it stay's still on ; no command

Welcome to Android Central! Were you trying to get into the Recovery Menu, or does it go to that screen when you're just trying to boot normally?

At the No Command screen, you usually have to press a couple of buttons in a certain sequence to bring up the Recovery Menu. On the Nexus phones, at that screen, you have to press and hold Power, then press Vol Up, then release both at the same time.
