I have a galaxy s5 I got from rent a center, can I get it updated at best buy

I kno that they rolled up out alot of updates for the s5 but when I check mines it's says no updates found. But im using the older version of the s5. Can I take it to best buy and let them update it to the lollipop?

Welcome back! You can try the Samsung Experience at Best Buy, but it might have to do with which exact model S5 you have. Not all models get the same updates at the same time.
