    I have a S5, on T-Mobile service. I have been trying to cope with the upgrade to lollipop for a couple weeks now. I hate it. My phone freezes, takes long confused pauses as I am on it. It needs to be rebooted frequently. It runs hot. Battery zaps.
    I JUST got a replacement S5 that was new 1 month before the upgrade and the phone was superb! Now it sucks and I want kitkat back. What is wrong with this system. I had the initial upload and 2 updates so far. ...

    Before trying all of that, see if a cache partition wipe helps. No personal data will be lost. http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404

    Unless you are using a 32 gb s5, i'd upgrade. Let me tell you, I HATED my s5 on lollipop. My app size exploded on me. It was a great phone on kitkat though.
