What is the difference between forced stop and disable of apps?

what is difference between forced stop and disable of apps

Force stop does what it says until a restart.
Disabling an app removes updates to it....useful if it's a system app you cannot uninstall, tho' never use. If you find you need to use it again in the future, you need to update it.
