Device Diagram? (What does what)

Hi,

My mom gave me her Android KitKat 4.4.2 without any manual. I'm somewhat digitally 'challenged'; I can turn the thing on, play solitaire, and have found her pictures by accident. I keep getting 'Google search has stopped' - and I don't even know what it's for. To say I'm frustrated would be putting it mildly.

Does anyone have any idea of where or how to get hold of an owner's manual?
