how to fix com.android.phone has stopped and no keyboard app and the settings doesnt function well

have o+360 its rooted already and now it has issues com.android.phone has stopped also no keyboard app and the settings wont open...i already reboot or hard reset it but still com.android.phone has stopped and settings app and keyboard ddnt work...pls help.
