I'm obviously no Android expert. I am curious. Your system used 22% but Android OS used only 9%. Any idea what part of "system" used the other 13%?
I have no idea.
To be fair (maybe it's applicable?), I was 5,000 miles away from home at the time - near Sao Paulo, Brasil, for the entire week on business. My network is Google Project Fi and i'm not sure what network I was on but, as you can see in the image, I had very good Wi-Fi and Cellular signals at the time.
I will try to remember to do another test tonight and see what pops.
