How are we not talking about this??

For me, I ran the beta for a while in high hopes that the infamous Pixel/BT skipping issue would be resolved. Not for me, unfortunately.

I wonder if the full-up release will resolve the problem??

They maybe didn't explicitly state rollout will happen but it's implied. Factory images will probably be posted and everything

Yeah - as of last week the buzz was that the OS was to be pushed tomorrow.
Now it's not exactly clear...


[Update: Name likely Oreo] Google has an Android O event on August 21st to coincide with the eclipse


Guess we'll have to wait and see!

It's not urgent for me. My beta is running without any problems. For me, Bluetooth is no more a problem on my phone than on my laptop. My Bluetooth mouse is happy with either and my Bluetooth keyboard for my phone and earphones for both require a very specific sequence for software and connecting.

Have you gotten it to download? Mine starts and then stops and says installation problem. Could be too many trying to download all at once?
