I have a lg g stylo and i'm trying to free up my space but my internal storage is 2.47 gigabytes available. My miscellaneous is 4.53 gigabytes. I try to free it up and it only cleans up to 6.72 megabytes. It says I can't free up system storage.I have a 32gb sd card inserted with 28.81 gb available. How do I free it up thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! "Miscellaneous" doesn't mean that data can be safely deleted. It's likely important data for the system or for your apps.

See this guide for tips on maximizing your internal storage: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...y-how-deal-insufficient-storage-warnings.html. Your phone only has 8 GB of total internal storage, of which 4-5 GB is probably taken up by the system and preinstalled bloatware. 8 GB is basically too little internal storage these days for users you want to install more than just the very basic apps -- you need a phone with at least 16 GB at a bare minimum.

Your SD card is intended for storage of media files and document files only. I don't believe LG supports Adoptable Storage (i.e., formatting the card to be recognized as part of Internal Storage -- and besides, that's a Marshmallow feature, not Lollipop). You could see if the phone supports the Move to SD function (which moves a portion of an app to the SD), but not all phones do. Go to Settings>App, select some apps, and see if there's a "Move to SD" button.
