Why does the last page I visited stay on the screen?

To more accurately put it, the page I last visited is a faded image on the screen and it stays there for who knows how long. Other than that, whenever I'm on my DMS the blue boxes turn to zoomed in pixelated streaks and the gifs turn into something like a TV static. That only happens on the Twitter app though. Does that mean I need a new phone?

It probably means two things - that you keep the screen brightness all the way up (which is going to result in permanent screen burn-in, so turn it down) and your Twitter app isn't working right, so uninstall it, restart, then run Play and install it again. (The Install button will say Installed, but that's just because at some time in the past you installed the app. It will still install the app.)

I never do that. The brightness is on auto. I have reinstalled the Twitter app but it still does it.
