I was working abroad recently and while i was there i got a new Galaxy S9 (im from germany and the phone is too but I started it first abroad).
Now that i'm back some of the features on the device, that where unavailable in the country i was working in, remain blocked.
I use the maps timeline and location sharing a lot, and have done so before, but on the new phone there is no maps timeline, and whenever I open location sharing it said it is unavailable in my country (which it isn't as I can still use it from my other devices).
However there was a download feature available in the YouTube app, which has since disappeared and the videos I downloaded are unavailable in my home region.
Is there any way to change the localization of android without resetting it? I have already tried all the available location settings that I found in the Google app but nothing changed.
