I was the developer of a rom called bionic ally, which was a gingerbread build. It has forevor more been deleted. Gingerbread roms are available for the ally but only to be used as wifi roms. The radio will never be bypassed in the ally for further operating system support. I did create an all stock gingerbread rom for the ally but again... only wifi. As for ics, dont get your hopes up nor get the idea of attempting a build. Not going to happen. I am trying for an miui build on the ally. Not sure if itl work but im attempting. Never hurts to try.

Im not sayen sign up but all comments about the rom please either post on phandroid or its facebook page so if there are bugs to correct, i can fix theme fast. Im not usually here.

incorrect the radio lock is in the NV it's simply searching for it.. it's actually the same NV item as the optimus assuming your talking of flashing it to another carrier... Get on freenode #ally pm Flip i'd happily share what i've learned bout the nv
