How do you close tabs on LG Escape?

I can't figure out how to close tabs on LG Escape

Welcome to Android Central! You mean browser tabs? Which browser are you using? Usually, there will be an icon at the top of the browser screen that will show you your open tabs. Tap it, then either swipe away tabs, or tap the X at the corner of the tab to close it. Keep doing so until you're down to one or two open tabs.

Remember that when you tap on a link in an app, a new browser tab is opened. If you leave the browser by tapping the Home button, that new tab will remain open. So if you do this over and over, you'll soon have lots of browser tabs open. Get in the habit of tapping the Back button to exit the browser, which should close that tab you just opened.
