Need to restore my tab to factory.

My AT&T LG G Pad 7 v410 is rooted and CM12 on it. But I forgot to do a backup of the stock. Can someone direct me to where I can flash, using Odin or LG Flash tool, to restore it to factory unrooted stock? I've done searches and search, spent 2+ hours trying this and that, and nothing worked.

Sorry I don't have an answer but can you give me a link about how to root that tablet? Thanks in advance
