I just got it this afternoon. Not sure about the performance yet.

I got the update last night before I went to bed. Will be playing with it more over the Long Holiday weekend . didn't see any changes what little I played with it before I went to bed last night.

I found it pretty unbelievable that the update applied itself overnight after I swiped it down yesterday afternoon. Google's behaviour is increasingly obnoxious I find.

Noticed the update on my watch this afternoon and installed it immediately. I noticed the gear in the settings menu does not line up where you need to touch. The wrist gestures are ok but I would probably end up swiping. I haven't had a chance to check out much else yet.

Battery life seems to be better but maybe it's wishful thinking.

So far it is about the same in regards to battery life. I get about two days per charge.

Can you clarify for me, the new stuff only relates to music stored on the watch right? Not controlling music playing on the phone? Thanks.
