I had recently bought LG G2 phone this month and I wanted to upgrade it to possibly Android 4.4 Kitkat from Android 4.2 Jellybean So, I went to 'Update Center > Software Update. It checked for the update and after a few megabytes of downloading, the native download manager reports an error "Cannot download" and there's no way to resume it from where it left. I am sure there's nothing wrong with my Wi-fi for that matter.

Is there an alternative way to manually grab this so called update via PC? I have already tried LG PC Suite but it says "2 upgrades are available" and I only wish to upgrade to Kitkat OS.

The "2 upgrades available" could be referring to 4.3 and 4.4.

The latest version available as it says is "D80230B - L" which I think most likely is refering to lollipop.
