I have the AT&T version, so they may not work on every phone.

When you hold the stock video player in landscape mode, you can adjust the volume and brightness quickly. Touch the left side of the screen and move up or down to adust brightness, and the right side for volume.

Q-slide: If you have a floating app out (calculator, calender, phone for example), you can flick or move it all the way to the right side of the screen and it will dock there.

Pandora controls play on the lock screen.

Pinch in or out in contacts and messages to adjust the font size

Podkicker Pro Controls on lock screen.
Swipe left to right at lock screen and have a widget, and again for another.
Dock the Q Slide app in the top right corner by dragging it up there, or is that what you are referring to?
