First off, man this thing is sweeeeet! Came from an HTC One, and haven't looked back!

Can you make the on screen capacitive touch buttons, "always translucent"? Right now they are only translucent on the home screen, within aps they aren't. Also, if I install a custom launcher , like Nova, the translucent setting doesn't seem to work?

You have to have KitKat to use the translucent features.

There's no replies because there is no way to make the on screen navigation bar transparent OTHER than by using the stock launcher.

I have the G2 Module but the Nav Bar transparency doesn't work on Malladus. The Status bar transparency works and looks great. Would really like it for Nav bar too.

Edit: Nvm. I got it. Can't have a Live Wallpaper.

So no way unless rooting? Even with 3rd party launcher it doesn't seem to work as reported.
