Issue with Exchange Calendar Sync

Has anyone else run into this issue?

My company (a state agency) has approximately 100 Verizon LG G2's that our users sync to our Exchange server for email, contact. and calendar purposes. Everything was going swimmingly until daylight saving time a few weeks back. We are in Arizona, so we do not observe DST. Since then, some appointments sync correctly while others are off set an hour. As far as we can tell, the appointment that are off set a typically those that are set up by someone who is a delegate of the phone's user or not the actual phone user. We have had limited success correcting the issue by changing the time zone in apointment's settings on the phone, but it does not always work. We called both Verizon and LG, and they are both aware of the issue but offered no resolution.

If you have experirenced, what did you do to correct it? Is it something inherent with the phones, or with the Exchange server settings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
