Hi hope someone can help I'm a bit dull lol.I upgraded my d802 using pc suite now when I check software upgrade my phone shows software not updated yet it is however on kitkat.my question is when knock code update becomes available will I have to use pc suite again or will I get it ota?thanks in advance

Well, I just might know why it is happening ! I think that it is being updated recently and the servers are having a hell lot line of users waiting to be updated, this might be the reason why the software of your device isn't updating. I would say wait a bit more you'll get the OTA notification to update your device to KitKat.

Cheers Kelly for reply it has updated to kitkat it's just in my software upgrade screen its telling me it's not updated yet
