Since the latest update to 4.4.2 (ATT 2014.6.15), I am experiencing intermittent connection issues. At seemingly random times, a small cirlce appears over the signal strength bars. The circle looks like it should be spinning, but it actually doesn't move. I am not able to get a data connection until I go in/out of airplane mode. That seems to always do the trick. Happens with wifi off or on.
Any ideas?
