    Okay so I shattered the screen on my LG g2 I just got my replacement yesterday they gave me an LG g3. How can I retrieve my files or gain access to internal memory I don't think the usb mouse would work only cause I can't see my original screen please help

    Does your computer recognize the phone if you plug it in via USB?

    Yes but it will only charge it downloaded the drivers but I can't access anything from my computer
