Most of time I use this battery, normally it only functions to 20% - 50% battery level. After that the phone restarts and it shows 5%-7% battery level.
When I use another battery - no problem.
So I know the problem is with that battery. But I'd like to know the reason because it's a genuine new battery.

Hello and welcome to the forums at Android Central! 🙋

It could be a lemon, it could be that it was in storage for too long and got damaged somehow.

Moving this out of Intros to the G2 forum.

Batteries can be defective--even genuine ones from the manufacturer.

The behavior the graph shows suggests a dendrite. See Rukbat's guide for more info: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...tery-shot.html
