Why isn't my wifi/bluetooth/fm radio working on my LG G2 d802 16gb version?

hi,

i'm presently on lollipop v30b india version on my lg d802 16gb
i ran into the issue following a faulty flash with v30d (vodafone vesrion lollipop spain version ) , following which the wifi ,bluetooth and the fm radio wont turn on .
if we turn on the switch , wifi and bluetooth shows status as "turning on " and after sometime .it turns to off position .
fm radio is also not turning on .,
guess i somehow fried the modem/radio module .....(i STRONGLY SUSPECT THE ISSUE MIGHT BE SOFTWARE RELATED COS , ONCE IN SAFE MODE , THE WIFI AND BLUETOOTH WORKED - but only once ,following whcih it didnt no matter how hard i tried....))
experts somehow pls guide me to solve this issue...

You answered your own question. You flashed the wrong ROM, it caused damage, and flashig the correct ROM won't fix the damage. I'd check with an LG repair shop (I don't know the 802 that well), but you might need to get the motherboard replaced. Considering that the phone is almost 2 years old, you might prefer to replace it.
