Can someon help? Dead screen problem..

So a few weeks ago I cracked my screen, so I ordered a a new screen and touch digitizer with frame. Today I have transfered all the components from the frame with a broken screen onto a frame with a new screen. I pluged the phone in at it had worked! But not for long.. I left it to charge to about 10% and the I did a factory reset, I pressed the button to erase everything and the phone shut down and the screen was still working. After a couple of minutes i unlocked it and nothing happens. The screen was black. I have unpluged it and pluged it again and it reacted, the red LED light up, the sound played and the touch digitizer works too! Everything works but the screen, it is as black as a black hole..
I need some advice as soon as possible, please help me! What should I do?
