Here are some current sizes:

Iphone 6 mock up: 135.3 x 71.9 x 6.1mm
LG G2 138.5 x 70.9 x 8.9mm
LG G3 guess 139.8 x 70.9 x 8.3mm
Galaxy S5 142.0 x 72.5 x 8.1mm
HTC One(M8) 146.4 x 70.6 x 9.4mm

Hoping G3 can come in close to my guess. Screen size and resolution to total size will be impressive.

It could be a phablet beast and turn off some potential buyers, even G2-ers if they don't continue chopping down the bezels.

That is the ONE thing I am scared of, that they make it too big. I don't want a phablet, I think the M8 is just a little too big. I think the G2 is about as big as I want, but I could handle a couple of MM here or there - If the latest spec rumors are true.

You guys may as well get used to it .... phones are getting bigger and if you want the top of the line you have to get what it is .... otherwise you will be stuck with a middle of the pack phone because you think you can't have a bigger phone. ... it only takes a couple days and you get used to the size ...I will never use a phone smaller than 5.5 now .... the best thing about it is .... if you don't want it you don't have to buy it. .. companies are only making the mini versions of these phones and they are second best . I don't see any of them making a top line smaller phone anytime

So what are the dimensions on the just announced isai phone? I'm assuming the G3 will be very close if not the same.

I was really wanting something smaller.....that thing looks huge and thick.
That's what she DIDN'T say. ;)

But seriously folks, it is looking to be only slightly larger than the G2.
Bigger screen but smaller bezels in pretty much the same footprint as the G2.
At least that is what I am seeing.

That's getting close to Note 3 territory - the G2 is 5.45 x 2.80 x .35. Now we're looking at 5.70 x 2.99 x .45. I find the G2 to be slightly big but manageable - if this is true it is too big for me and I'll either have to make due with my G2 or look at the Moto offerings. The S5 and M8 have NO APPEAL for me as I don't think they are even as good as the G2.

I hope it's the same size as the g2 or otherwise I'll probably get something else instead.

I am okay with a slight increase in size from the G2 but as close to that as possible. The Note is massive at 5.95 x 3.12 x 0.33 in, I really hope the G3 is in the 5.60 x 2.89 x 0.35 range which is a slight bump from the G2 and is basically the size of the S5

LG has also been pretty adamant that the LG isai FL is not just a re-branded G3 and are completely different models that will share some tech. So here is hoping the G3 is not as large as the Isai FL

Ehhh. Yeah the Flex felt better in the hand than G2 because of the shape, and the G Pro 2 was not out yet but that model now seems even clunkier. However if LG at least includes all the one handed tweaks again it could be tolerable.
