Can't seem to find any facts about this. Does it have wireless charging out of the box? Sounds like you will have to change the back plate to get wireless charging.

I know someone in here knows the truth

It was mentioned on the early impressions videos I saw. I wouldn't be surprised if you had to upgrade the back cover (like with the S5).

It said that some would have the qi back packaged with it and some areas would not ..it would be a sold accessory in those areas

Those sold in Korea and the United States (via carrier, at least) will not include wireless charging out of the box. Right now the consensus is that you'll need to pick up LG's circle case to use wireless charging with a US carrier model, but we won't know for sure until the carriers themselves hand out more details. Everywhere else shouldn't have a problem with wireless charging.
