GPS puts me at wrong location

I have a few weather apps that use my location to display current weather, 1weather and weathering. Quite often they show me a couple hundred miles away, always the same town. I have tried using the setting of high accuracy and GPS only. If I open Maps, it too initially shows me in that same town but then adjusts to my real location. Usually that will cause the weather apps to be correct but it is only temporary. Any suggestions?

If so it hasn't been carefully thought out because s'fur as I can see on the map it's Woods Hole MA.
