What is this status bar icon?

What does this icon mean? It just appeared but nothing else seems to be different.

Not to sure I think it has something to do with the SD card.

Yes, or SIM, try pulling that out and replacing, it may not be sitting in the tray right.

I thought that too but I could still access everything on the SD card. Also the closer I looked at its shape, the more I thought it looked like a sim card.
After restarting the phone out was gone though.

Are you on Verizon? It just popped up today on my phone also.

It's a Sim. It usually appears on non Verizon Sim. Perhaps it happened as a fluke to you.

Sadly, yes I am on Verizon. Like I said it disappeared after a restart. So if it appears on your phone try restarting it and hopefully that alleviates the issue.
