While your phone is locked to disable the power button prompt to restart, shutdown the phone etc? thought it would be a good option to have incase your ever gets lost/gets stolen. That way if you have device manager setup theres no way the theifs can turn off your phone via the power button and you may have a better chance of tracking your phone. Guessing they could just take the battery out though :/

I haven't heard of a way to lock the buttons, but if you get lookout mobile security you can lock you device as well as get a last known position from it (so if your battery get gets taken out you will know where it happened). They also have a feature that takes a picture after 5 unlock tries. Hope I helped.

You can disable this button with the G3TweaksBox application. This requires root.

I just disabled mine.
