I know this can be fixed by using s Custom launcher, and I have done that at times. But I just have to say that the one a animation that's always janky is when you long press the home screen on the stock launcher to get options for widgets and wallpapers. Every time, without fail, the UI stutters when bring that up. Anyone else notice it? I know its not that big of a deal, but I've just noticed that it's never smooth.

It is a little jerky, but I can't say I've ever thought of it as a fault. You are a perfectionist, perhaps.

Not a perfectionist, but from a hi-end phone with such specs it's lame...

No lag doing long press on home screen here either. What I don't like is how long it takes for my messaging app to pop up and type when I'm in a rush! Sheesh this thing is slow!! Could be an Android thing though since this has happened with every previous device I've had.
