It just happened a few hours ago. My G3 notification sound suddenly became so small. I have checked the sound setting and they are alright. All the configurations are already set to maximum. It affects WhatsApp voice chat and Line's video call as well.

Any idea why and how to fix it?

First, I'd check WhatsApp and Line Video to make sure you volume level is all the way up. When in a call on those services, make sure the volume is all the way up.

I'd also suggest a reboot and see if that clears out any issues. Let us know if the problem continues.
