sd card not seen after lollipop update

Updated my lg g3 phone to lollipop. Since the update my phone has not picked up my sd card.

I have put into macbook and windows and straight away being told to format the sd card before i can use. also got same response from samsung s3 running kitkat

worked completely fine before the update.

have a lot of photos i do not want to lose.

is 128Gb

can anyone help?

Had exactly the same problem. See my post. Even after I re-formatted it on another device, put back in my G3 and copied music, it seem to disappear again the next day. Only was to resolve was to put a new card in it..... even though, the card that was in there works in other devices ... weird

There you go! It's too buggy, I have disabled os updates.
