Batter Saver Mode Setup

Hey everyone,

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my batter saver mode for a few hours; basically, I can;t amend the battery percentage at which the mode activates, nor can I amend the features it disables and/or restricts. I've had a look at a couple videos on youtube, which have shown that 'Settings>General>Battery>Batter Saver' should allow me to change the percentage (I can only see 5% and 15% as options). I have tried clearing the settingd cache, but that's done nothing to resolve the issues :-/. I'm quite new to Android, so apologies if this is a noob question...

I'd be very appreciative of any suggested resolutions for this

Some carriers might restrict what you can do with some settings. Check with the carrier, or let us know which one you use, so maybe someone on the same branded phone can tell you if it's normal or not.

Hi Rukbat, I'm with 02, but bought it through Carphone Warehouse. Consequently the phone shouldn't be restricted by the network. :-/
