Why LG G3 Mobile Data Not Working?

I just got a lg g3 from Verizon about 2 weeks ago. I have only been using WiFi since I got it I turned on my mobile data a couple hours ago and then tried to use the internet. When I tried that on the page it said that I was offline. What is wrong with my phone.

Have you tried Power Off and Restart, toggling Mobile Data, toggling Airplane Mode? I find that it sometimes takes that sort of procedure to get my own phones to connect.

I found out I needed to set up my apn for my mobile data. It wasn't preinstalled on my phone. Now I have internet connection when using mobile data.
